Dr. Eby has been through special training to master arthroscopic procedures to the shoulder. Arthroscopic procedures include rotator cuff tear repair, labral and instability repair, as well as decompression and spur removal from the shoulder. He also does arthroscopic ankle surgery. Dr. Eby is proud to be certified to perform the Oxford unicompartmental mobile-bearing knee replacement. Having earned this certification, Dr. Eby is able to offer this less invasive alternative to total knee replacement to eligible patients. These techniques offer a less invasive approach to maximize recovery, minimize postoperative pain, and maximize functional recovery.
Dr. Eby specializes in the surgical and non-surgical care of musculoskeletal disorders of the upper and lower extremities. This includes sprain, strains, overuse syndrome, work-related conditions, children’s injuries, and fractures. Dr. Eby had extensive trauma experience in his training in Chicago.
